"Motown Meets Jazz" at Chapin Theatre Company featuring Mark Rapp and Brittany Turnipseed. The Chapin Theatre Company brings Mark Rapp's acclaimed "Motown Meets Jazz" show to the Chapin Theatre Company stage on Friday November 7. The special performance will feature ColaJazz founder and renowned trumpeter Mark Rapp alongside the soulful voice of South Carolina native Brittany Turnipseed. The evening will celebrate the iconic sounds of Motown with a fresh, jazz-infused twist. Rapp and Turnipseed, known as the "Southern Songbird," will lead a stellar ensemble through reimagined classics, promising a high-energy and unforgettable night for music lovers.

"How to Supervise Women" Auditions November 9 & 10

Auditions for Lou Clyde's newest comedy How to Supervise Women will be held on November 9 (7:30 PM) & 10 (7 PM). It’s 1942 and the Consolidated Electronics leadership team is faced with hiring women for factory jobs ordinarily held by men. But women in factories scare the hell out of them. The newly hired female assembly team on line 3C breaks all stereotypes and delivers excellence with comedy and heart. How to Supervise Women is a poignant and touching historical comedy with a topical social message. Jamie Harrington will be directing the production which will run February 6 - 22, 2026. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script.

"It's a Wonderful Life: A Live Radio Play" at Harbison Theatre One Night Only Buy Tickets Now

This smash, sold-out Christmas show from 2023 hit the road in 2024 playing in Camden and Columbia, and will make a one-night only peformance in Irmo on Thursday, November 20 at Harbison Theatre 7300 College St #2361, Irmo, SC. Advance tickets are $20, $25 at the door. Tickets are available September 15.

The show once again stars George Dinsmore, Jennifer Kraus, Frank Thompson, Kelly Powell, Jim DeFelice, and Cindy Binnicker.
